margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; clear: both; min-height: 1em; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">(2)如果商品房消费者支付的价款接近于百分之五十,且已按照合同约定将剩余价款支付给申请执行人或者按照人民法院的要求交付执行的,可以理解为符合该规定的精神。</p><p style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent;
