line-height: 28.8px;"/><span style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68); font-family: punctuation, 微软雅黑, Tohoma; line-height: 28.8px;">15、被诉方经本院依法传唤无故不到庭，且没有提出书面答辩意见，经依法缺席开庭审理，请求方离婚态度坚决，可以判决离婚。</span><br style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68); line-height: 28.8px;">16、夫妻双方因是否生育发生纠纷，致使感情确已破裂，一方请求离婚的，经调解无效，人民法院应依照婚姻法第三十二条第三款第(五)项认定该情况属于“其他导致夫妻感情破裂的情形”的规定判决准予离婚。</span></p></h2>
